Useful tips during your stay

  • Contact the front desk for any need – your wish by phone, Viber etc and avoid personal contacts
  • Use electronic payment methods for each of your accommodation transactions and avoid cash payments
  • At each entrance to the reception area, stop at the antiseptic-disinfection station and disinfect your hands and luggage.
  • We recommend that you avoid staying in the common areas of the unit during your stay.
  • Follow the rules of operation of the restaurant area and pool.
  • The cleaning of your room is done only after your order. Update the slot for the time you want to clean it and leave it free for at least 5 hours.
  • Take care of the natural ventilation of your room for as long as possible
  • Avoid using air conditioning
  • if you want to change your towels, let the reception staff know and place the dirty towels in a special bag that you will find in your room and leave them outside the door. Outside your door you will find your clean towels in a special bag
  • If you wish to be served in your room. We will let you know the time of serving and you will find the tray outside the door of your room
